Security you can explain to leadership

Protect files in storage, require a 6-digit access code before signing, record what happened on each envelope, and hand admins the switches to shut access off when needed.

Encrypted Documents on private disks; secrets encrypted at rest
Access codes 6-digit OTP before signing; optional photo ID
Certificate Flattened signed PDF + certificate of completion

What’s logged

Envelope created, sent, viewed, OTP verified, photo ID uploaded, payment collected, signed, declined, voided, reminded, and completed — with actor, time, and IP where applicable.

Signer authentication

Every signer receives a unique link plus a 6-digit access code (email by default; SMS when enabled). Optional government photo ID upload is stored privately for the sender to review.

Completion artifacts

When all signers finish, Esig builds a flattened document of record and appends a certificate of completion with participant and timestamp details. Admins can deactivate users and change plan access anytime.
