Signer authentication
Every signer receives a unique link plus a 6-digit access code (email by default; SMS when enabled). Optional government photo ID upload is stored privately for the sender to review.
Completion artifacts
When all signers finish, Esig builds a flattened document of record for everyone who signed, and a separate certificate of completion — participants, timestamps and IPs — that only the sender can download. Admins can deactivate users and change plan access anytime.
