Pricing FAQ

What is an envelope?

An envelope is one agreement send — one or more documents plus recipients. It counts once toward your plan’s monthly send allowance when it is sent, whether or not every signer finishes.

Do signers need an Esig account?

No. Recipients open a secure link, complete any fields, and sign in the browser. They do not need to create an account.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or change plans from your account billing settings, or contact us for Enterprise.

Which currency am I charged in?

Prices on this page are shown in USD, and that is the currency you are charged in. It is fixed at your first payment, so renewals never switch currency. Applicable tax is calculated from your billing address at checkout.

Is pricing per user?

No. The amount shown is the full plan price for the billing period (month or year). Seat counts are included with the plan — you are not charged per seat on top.
